Terms and Conditions € All orders confirmed by a purchase order or signed by the buyer shall be shipped within 5 days thru a freight or trucking company of our choice, unless specified by the customer. Waivers shall apply in the event that customer specifies freight or trucking company; € Delivery is accepted and final if no report is made within 5 days from receipt of the item/s; € Returns, replacements and credits may be accepted provided a report has been made and only for the following reasons: (a) damage on the item/s prior to its receipt; (b) a wrong shipment as a result of an error by Jo-Liza Collection; € Items refused acceptance for no valid reason shall be charged a re-stocking fee of *5% on top of return shipping or freight charges;
