The enterprise has possibility to manufacture various items and details of mechanical engineering with application of foundry details, welded knots, a detail of difficult machining, including milling, turning, drilling, boring, grinding, gear-cutting operations.
Foundry production of JSC «KMO» makes casting from a carbonaceous steel *5Л, *5Л, *5ГЛ, *5Л, grey pig-iron СЧ**0, СЧ**0, pig-iron highlighted ЧХ9Н5, corrosion-proof molding *0Ð¥*8Н9Л, *2Ð¥*8Н9ÐЛ, *0Ð¥*5Н*9С2Л, weight from *0 to **0 kg and overall dimensions ***0Ñ…***0Ñ…**0 mm.
The casting, received by a method of exact molding on executed models in weight to 3 kg from a steel *0ХЛ.*0ХЛ. Manufacturing from bronze Br*5Ts5S5 and aluminum АК7ч (АЛ9) is possible.
Turning operations – the sizes of preparation: diameter to **0 mm, length to ***0 mm, manufacturing on 3 class of accuracy.
Turning and boring operations – the sizes of preparation: diameter ***0, height to ***0 mm, manufacturing on 3 class of accuracy.

Technical possibilities turning many spindles vertical semiautomatic devices of models *****6, *****8 allow to lead draught turning processing of details with next sizes of preparations – the maximum diameter of **0 mm, length of **0 mm.
 
Forge production allows to produce forge, a method free forge on hammers, square, rectangular, round section, and also disks, plugs, rings, cylinders in height to **0 mm and diameter to **0 mm, weight to **0 kg.
The plot metal construct carries out cut sheet hire in width to ***0 mm, thickness to *0 mm on guillotine scissors; cutting sheet hire by thickness to 6 mm, width to ***0 mm, and also assemblage, welding various metal construct in weight to 6 tons with application of manual and semi-automatic welding.
