Intech's weighbridges come with indigenously manufactured load cells, confirming to international standards and approved by the Department of Legal Metrology. These load cells confirm to IP *8 protection class and are designed to work in 0 €“ *0 deg C range temperature. As the load cells are manufactured indigenously, replacing or replacing the load cells, if required, can be carried out with minimum loss of time. Since the platform is in level with the ground, vehicles can approach the weighbridge from any direction. Most public weighbridges prefer this design. PITLESS TYPE This type of weighbridge / Truck-scale is most suitable where the excavation work for foundation is difficult or construction of pit is expensive. Since the structure is above ground level, vehicles can approach the weighbridge only from two directions where the ramps are provided.
