Dandong Chemical Engineering Institute-DCEI was founded in ***6 and was converted into Limited Liability Company in ***1 to enable increased funding and faster development. It took its root in Dandong where the richest borax mine in China was found in ***6. From then on DCEI started its first step in the way of Boron Industry. Initially DCEI mainly focused on technology research of primary boride such as borax and boric acid. Little by little DCEI set its foot in more and more borides.
