Coffiamo was created from passion, friendship and positive energy. We had enough of a boring coffee market with always the same brands. And this drove us to open quite a different shop, namely Coffiamo.pl, a a place where coffee lovers will find the great coffee produced by local Italian roasting companies.
Why did we decide to offer products from small roasting companies We go for a very high quality and taste. Here, you will find, among others BIO, fair trade and organic coffees without aroma enhancers. And this is why our shop stands out from others!
The companies we cooperate with apply artisan processes: gentle roasting which literally caresses the coffee. Coffee beans are ground in the best mills available in the world €“ and always in the absence of oxygen and at low temperature. Moreover, the coffees we offer are packaged in a protective atmosphere, with nitrogen being blown in to eliminate the oxygen and resist oxidation. Such a procedure enables the aromas to be preserved the proof of which is the freshly brewed coffee with an enviable crema.
