The spinning unit is located in beautiful North Indian state of Himachal Pradesh whereas the Export Marketing office is in Mumbai. Unit uses latest technology through most advanced machinery models sourced from reputed textile machinery manufactures. All single yarns produced at Birla Textile Mills are Autoconed & Twisted on TFO€™s. The machinery includes bale opener from TRUMAC, Blow Room line from LAXMI RIETER, LC***0 Cards with chute feed and autoleveller from Laxmi Rieter, RSB **1 Draw frames with autoleveller from Laxmi Rieter, Speed frames-LF ***5 & Ring frames LR 6/S from Laxmi Rieter & Autoconers from SAVIO(Italy). Strict quality control methods are applied at every stage of production. All the test carried out on the most modern quality checking equipments like UT 4, TENSOSTAT, CLASSIFAULT , etc. Computerized colour Matching m/c is used for perfect shade matching. Continuous Research & Development is being done so as to match Customer requirements in given time frame.
