About us: We are in the field of manufacturing areca plate manufacturing machines for the past several years. With our indegenous technology, we are continuously improving the performance and quality of the machiness by changing its designs whenever the need arise. We also undertake to manufacture areca machines of your choice and design. The machines are of two different operation. One is with hydraulic operation and the other is manual operation. We are manufacturing both hydraulic & manually operated machines. These machines during operation will cut the areca sheaths (leaves) into different dimension (say *2, *0, 8, 6 and 4 inch in diameter) depending on your requirements. Apart from the regular design of round shape, with new dyes, the machine is able to deliver plates of different shapes like square, rectangular, triangular and irregular shapes of creative design. Production Process: The sheaths are normally obtained from arecanut trees. They are grown in agri farms. After collection of these sheaths, before placing the sheath in the machine for production, it has to be soaked in water for a minimum time of *0 minutes. Thereafter, it must be washed thoroughly to remove the sand and dirts on the sheath. After removal of the sand and dirts, the sheath, which is now ready, in wet condition, will be placed on the dye for production. After pressing the pedal of the machine, the dye with sheath will move up and lock with stable unit of the upper part. A time of one minute will have to be allowed for heating, drying and for automatic cutting. All these three functions take one minute. Then, by moving the gear, the dye gets released from the stable part and back to its original position. After this final function, the plate then removed from the dye and the waste portion of the sheath removed and you get a beautiful shape of the plate. It will, then, be arranged in bundles of different sizes. Training: Our company undertakes to impart training to your employees at your place. Within an hour of training, your employee will be able to operate the machine without any difficulty. Ordering Machines: A *0 % as advance on the machine cost is to be paid for the confirmation of order. The machines will be delivered with in a month. You have to order in set ***** you have to order 5 machines at a time from 4 inches to *2 inches. At the time of delivery, the remaining *0% of the machine cost has to be paid. Your order must accompany only draft and cheque will not be accepted. All correspondences will be in English only and all maters are subject to Erode jurisdiction. Guaranty & Warranty: The company undetakes service, which is chargeable every time from the time of delivery, which includes stay and travelling both onward and return journey. The company does not undertake to replace any part of the machine free of cost, except heater for which one year replacement guarantee is available in case of malfunction. Employing persons other than our company staff for undertaking repairs of the machines and tampering with the machine's any part will not be accepted.
