ANALOGUE CONTROL The use of an analogue joystick and worm-gear drives makes positioning very simple and precise. The monitor always stay in the selected position and never "falls off". PROGRAMMABLE ”Record & Play” function repeats sequence for horizontal, vertical and spray pattern actions. For industrial installations pre-set positions can be programmed, or an action sequence. Programming is as simple as holding a convenient "record" button on the joystick base while controlling the monitor and nozzle, and letting go when finished. All movements of up to 3 minutes are thereby recorded. Playback is achieved by pressing "play", and the monitor then plays back the exact movements recorded, indefinitely in a loop, until interrupted by the operator. MANY UNIQUE FEATURES Salt-water and marine-environment resistant. The nozzle is with fixed teeth generate a full and effective fog pattern. The nozzle teeth can be retracted to give a very large water curtain. Extremely durable gears, designed for heavy-duty, industrial operation. All connection points are fitted with IP*8, brass multi-connectors for simple installation and maintanence. CANBUS communication standard All units are delivered with Canbus communication. This makes it possible to integrate the monitor with the Vehicles Canbus system. For industrial installations it is possible to link multiple monitor to the same joystick, or many joystick controls to one monitor. INTEG *0 NOZZLE The INTEG *0 nozzle has an integrated gear drive, giving the streamshaper a forward-rotating action. The actuating force exceeds ***0N, making the nozzle insensitive to ice/ contamination build-up.
