Description

The materials mainly adopt high-quality alloy tool steels such as H*3, DCH**5, HBK, 3Cr2W8V, SLD, 5crw2si, H**6crW2si, etc., with good wear resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, sharp cutting edge, durability, ensuring high shear steel output. The warm shear blades of quality bars mainly adopt high-quality tool steels and alloy die steels such as 6CrW2si, *5NB, DCH**5, H*3K, HMB, etc. for manufacturing, with wear resistance, smooth incision, and the overall cutting edge of the tool is sharp after heat treatment and has good wear resistance and impact resistance.

Usually made of high-strength alloy steel or wear-resistant materials to ensure that the blade has sufficient hardness and wear resistance.
