Description
SVR CV*0
This is a type of rubber which is widely used in engineerings or
products in daily life. Constant viscosity, flexibility, adhesion
have proved the rubber as one of the most liked types of rubber in
domestic market and in the world.
Application:
Due to constant viscosity and flexibility, CV (constant viscosity)
rubber is liked by manufacturers. The flexibility is convenient for
lamination (low energy, good synthesis of substances in a mixture,
high adhesion) to create a good and uniform product.
-This type of rubber is used to manufacture rubber bands, glue,
lateral surface of tyres, racket surface…
Packaging.
- Type of bale:
+ *3.*3 kg/bale; *6 bales = 1.*0mts/pallet; *6 pallets =
*9.*0mts/container *0.
+ *5 kg/ bale; *6 bales= 1.*6mts/pallet; *6
pallets = *0.*6mts/container *0.

Packaging for export:
Wooden pallets (palletized crates or wooden pallets): are
made from hardwood, containing no termites and bark. Each wooden
pallet contains 1,**0kg or 1,**0kg.
Size of pallets:
+ Length : 1,**5mm ± 5 mm
+ Width : 1,**0mm ± 5 mm
+ Height : **5
mm ± 5 mm
All of wood used to make pallets are processed with Borate solution
(mixing 6kg Borate with 3m3 of water, soaking within 8 hours, then
taking out to dry.
Contractive plastic pallet: (Shrinkwrapped packing):
Contractive plastic cover is made of polyethylene with 0.2mm in
length.
Rubber is fixed with wooden or steel pallets
Using a gas burner to make PE bags contract in order to fix rubber
bales.
Support of each bale is usually made of wooden and is stable enough
to use a fork-lift to transport goods.
Separate bales:
+ For bales with *3.*3kilos each: each export container *0 may
contain from *0 ton (**0 bales) to *1 ton (**0 bales).
+ For bales with *5.0 kilos each: each export container *0 may
contain from *0.*6 ton (**6 bales) to *1 ton (**0 bales).
