 99.7% High Purity Alumina Ceramic Tube for Melting Furnace

VINER Industrial Alumina Ceramic Tubes are widely used in thermocouple protections and some are used in furnaces. We could design both open for two ends, and one open, the other closed. Also, we could make with 1 or 2 or 4 or 6 holes in the tubes. The size ranges from 6mm to 180mm for OD, and the length is from 10mm to 3000mm.
 
Selection of a variety of high-quality ceramic materials, hot, dry-pressed or injection molding, from high-temperature sintering of alumina ceramic tubes (which can be mechanical or electronic finishing, the tolerances up to +/- 0.01mm), high hardness, insulation, wear-resistant, high temperature-resistant, hot and cold shock-resistant.

Notice for Using VINER Industrial Alumina Ceramic Tube: 
1. Alumina products are fragile. Please handle them carefully and avoid collision during unpacking, transportation, handling and cleaning
2. Check whether any micro-cracks exist before using alumina products. Products with micro-cracks should not be used. 
3. Alumina products should be completely dry before usage. If they get wet, let the crucible or tube dry naturally before using them. If dry crucibles by placing in a dryer or oven, make sure that the dry process goes slowly.
4. Do not load too many materials in Alumina Tubes, which can increase the possibility of uneven heating.
