Description

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 can (*4 ounces) of diced tomatoes (or about 1 ½ cups of fresh tomatoes, diced)
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain the pasta and set aside.
