Overview:
1. Test items: flow, speed, current, power, pressure (head), efficiency, temperature rise;
2. The system indicators conform to GB/T********5 "Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Test of Rotary Power Pump Level 1 and Level 2" and GB/T*********2 "Test Method for Submersible Electric Pump";
3. The test system is composed of flow speed tester, pressure head tester, single/three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument, live winding temperature rise tester, LWGY turbine flow sensor, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, etc.;
4. Program overview: The system configuration of this program is mainly for the factory test, type test and cavitation test of horizontal (vertical) single screw pump, horizontal double (three) screw pump, rotary lobe pump and centrifugal pump, and adopts a standard test device with closed-loop structure.
5. Applications: submersible pumps, deep well pumps, centrifugal pumps, pipeline pumps, self-priming pumps, chemical pumps, screw pumps, household booster pumps, sewage pumps, automobile fuel injection pumps, automobile scrubbers, automobile cooling water pumps, motorized sprayers, fish tank pumps, high-pressure washers, washing machines (dishwashers), and other water pump motors.
System Functions:
1. The system can carry out performance tests and cavitation tests on various pumps.
2. The system can display the flow, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, shaft torque, speed, shaft power, efficiency, head and water temperature of the pump in real time.
3. The system can automatically identify and display positive and negative torque.
4. The system can automatically correct the temperature of the torque and speed sensor.
5. The system can alarm the upper and lower limits of flow, inlet pressure, torque and speed respectively, and the alarm value can be set arbitrarily.
6. The system can automatically store the test data.
7. The system can display the collected data and curves in real time.
8. The system can arbitrarily set the curve coordinate value to meet the needs of various pump tests.
9. In the process of testing, if the dead pixels are obtained, deletion and insertion are allowed to be redone.

Scheme configuration: The scheme system as a whole is composed of an instrument control system and a pipeline system (provided by the user). The instrument control system consists of a speed tester, a pressure head tester, a three-phase electrical parameter measuring instrument and an LWGY turbine flow sensor, a pressure transmitter (inlet and outlet), a pressure gauge, a solenoid valve, a strong current cabinet, a system integration cabinet and (manual) automatic test software.
Software Introduction:
Automatically test the pump performance parameters, form the original data table of the pump test report, pump performance curve chart, and summary of test results, in which the performance curve includes P-Q, H-Q, E-Q curve and cavitation characteristic curve.
