Hydraulic alligator shear

 

It is suitable for metal recycling processing plant, scrap car dismantling field, smelting and casting industry,waste materials recycling and processing industry, various section shapes round steel, square steel, channel steel, Angle steel, I-steel, steel plate, steel pipe and other scrap metal cold shrearing cutting treatment in small and medium-sized steel mills.

 

 

Working principle:

Composed of shear cylinder, shear knife, slide block pressing knife, lower tool holder, pressing cylinder, etc.

 

When it starts to work, the hydraulic pump station (power output source) supplies oil to the pressing cylinder so that the sliding block pressing knife is pushed to the lower tool holder to complete the fixed pressing of the material, and then the hydraulic pump station supplies oil to the shear cylinder to complete the cutting step. After the shear is completed, the hydraulic pump station completes the return operation under the hydraulic oil reflux drive of the feed shear cylinder and the pressing cylinder.
