1). Type S**1 series of broad temperature catalyst
 The ignition temperature is **0℃. For continuous operation, the temperature should be in the range ******0℃, which is suitable for each bed of converter for its high and stable activity.


2). Type S**8 series of low temperature catalyst
 The ignition temperature is **0℃ and operating temperature ******0℃, which suit for 1/3 top of the first bed to decrease inlet operating temperature, and 4th bed, 5th bed to improve equilibrium conversion and decrease gas emission.
 
3). Type S**2 series Cesium-promoted catalyst
Much lower ignition temperature, much higher low temperature activity, much wider temperature range, faster reaction rate and longer service life etc. The loading capacity could be reduced by about *5%. The total conversion rate can reach more than *9.9%.
 
4). Different catalyst shape is the reason to reduce catalyst bed pressure drops which translates directly into energy savings as a result of reduced blower power consumption. Reduced pressure drops also allow more dust to accumulate before pressure drops increase to the point where the plant must be shut down for catalyst screening. The catalyst shape must achieve all of the above without compromising on catalyst activity or mechanical strength.
 
5). The length of catalysts can be made according to the users requirement.
