Hom Mali Rice is a long-grain variety of fragrant rice grown in the North East of Thailand. It has a distinctive fragrance, reminiscent of pandan leaves. Hom Mali is one of the most popular varieties of fragrant rice because of its aroma, soft texture, and versatility in going well with multiple types of cuisine, right from the Oriental to the Occidental.
