â… .Production Line Introduction 

PC profile extrusion line is mainly composed of single screw extruder, T-die, stainless steel calibrator, take off, cutting unit and stacker.

Single screw extruder: with good plasticizing to ensure the product no crystal point, no stretch mark, meet the requirements of high light transmittance; 

T-die: customized according to the specification of hollow sheet.

Stainless steel calibtator:  Vacuum type, effect circulating water cooling.

Take off: crawler type, high traction, frequency control.

Cutting unit: PLC length preset, accurate cutting, smooth incision, no chips, higher efficiency.

Stacker: automatic turnover, good stacking effect.

This line is used to produce various specification profile to match with corresponding PC hollow sheet.such as C-type, H-type ,I-type etc.

PC hollow sheet connected with profiles to form a whole system,the sheet can shrink freely in the system to avoid the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction on the system structure.
PC hollow sheet match with profile make the install very easy,saves a lot of labor costs.The PC sheet is light, its weight is only 1 / *5 of the same thickness glass. It does not need a lot of support during installation, save a lot of skeleton cost.
