1. Roller is made of light rigid composite materials: PVDF, PEEK, PEFE, PEI, PVC, HMWPE, PP… 
2. Roller is formed in one piece with excellent accuracy; the axial vibrating range is ± 0.1mm. 
3. The acid and base resistant material PVDF or PP is utilized for the cover of shaft, and thus our roller is suitable for the solar cell industry, and LCD industry etc. 
4. All the parts (roller guide, O-ring etc.) assembled on the roller shaft can be easily replaced and maintained. 
5. Can be customized based on customers requirements, 
6. Perfectly suitable for Renas or Schmidts etching too
