The ingredient of Matcha (Tencha) is harvested in mid May.
Our matcha is produced only from first flush Tencha.
We make matcha with the same process of Koicha, but since it's organic the taste is close to Usucha.
This is tea ceremony grade.

Asamiya is listed as one of five major tea plantations in Japan.
Asamiya tea was judged among the best teas in Western Japan back in ***3.
The plantation is in the highlands of Japan, approximately ******0 meters (*******2 ft.) above sea level.
This environment generates a drastic change in temperature from daytime to night.
The resultant fog helps grow its high-quality green tea leaves.
