Description

A reagent kit for the determination of immunoglobulins of classes M (IgM) to the SARS-CoV*2 coronavirus that causes COVID**9 in human serum (plasma) by applying the method of solid-phase indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
The use of the reagent kit "SARS-CoV*2 IgM Screen":
• diagnosis of COVID**9 in patients with acute respiratory syndrome;
• identification of asymptomatic and obliterated forms of COVID**9 in the foci of the disease;
• examination of SARS-CoV*2 virus contacts;
• examination of people arriving from regions with a high level of COVID**9 disease and their re-examination before leaving the observation;
• identification of patients with COVID**9 regardless of the form of the infection process;
• identification of potential donors of high-volume plasma, which can be used in the treatment of severe forms of COVID**9;
• studies to determine the duration and intensity of immunity to the SARS-CoV*2 virus.
