AAC Aluminum Flake Powder Paste

The main purpose of the aluminum powder for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) is to chemically react with silica and quicklime during the production process to release gas, so that the inside of the produced block forms a porous structure. In the compounding of aac block production process, the aluminum powder paste is placed in the aluminum powder metering scale after being fully stirred, and finally mixed with raw materials such as quicklime, gypsum and fly ash. Put together in the casting mixer, the aluminum powder in the aluminum powder paste can react with the alkaline substance in the aerated concrete slurry to release hydrogen gas, generate bubbles, and expand the aerated concrete slurry to form a porous structure. Therefore, the aac block generally has a weight of ******0kg/m3, which is only 1/**1/5 of the clay brick, and 1/5 of the ordinary concrete block, so it is a lighter one in the concrete.
