Description

Specification of Silicon Calcium Inoculation

Standard Size:0.1-0.5mm, 0.2-0.7mm, 0.7-3mm, 2-6mm
Packing: 25kg woven plastic bag in 1mt jumbo bag.
Note: Chemical composition, size and packing of above mentioned products can be
adjusted according to customer\'s requirements.

Characteristics
1. To promote graphitization and reduce the chilling tendency;
2. To refine grains, reduce segregation and make the organization uniform;
3. To enhance the mechanical strength, adjust the hardness and improve mechanical
properties;
4. To improve the matrix and distribution of graphite morphology;
5. To reduce internal stress and sectional sensitivity of castings.

Application
It is widely used in common gray iron and ductile iron castings, in homogeneity of wall thickness castings and plants which need long pouring time or have long distance in transferring molten iron.
