Graphite products for polysilicon ingot furnace:
1. Heater: The main heating elements in the hot zone include side
heater, top heater, and bottom heater. Its shape and resistance
determine the heating area and heating capacity of the hot
zone.
2. Graphite side plate and bottom plate: the main heat-absorbing
element in the hot zone, their quality is crucial for the effect
and energy consumption of the casting ingot; its other function is
as the main support of the crucible under high temperature.
3. CFC cover plate of crucible: Its function is to prevent ash in
the hot zone entering the silicon liquid inside the crucible. Due
to the evaporation of liquid silicon, this material is required to
have both high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
Therefore, the quality of the material directly determines the
quality of the hot zone;
4. DS graphite heat conduction block: The main carrier of crucible
and silicon material. Its thermal conductivity directly determines
the speed of solidification of silicon liquid. Generally, high
thermal conductivity is required, that is to say, with fast heat
absorption, silicon material can quickly melt, heat dissipation,
and silicon liquid can solidify quickly.
5. Thermal insulation material: maintain the regional balance of
heat, make the entire hot zone reach the required temperature
gradient, and promote the melting and solidification of silicon.
