Description

The KRYG1B4F type filter is an indispensable device in the pipe system that conveys gas and other media. It is generally installed at the inlet of gas equipment, used for removing particle impurities in natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other media and protecting normal use of valves, flow meters, pressure control devices, etc.



Product description:

  • Features: the body is anticorrosive, durable, the differantial pressure gauge with the memory of the max data, easy to installation.

​Notes for use:

a. Before Installation, please keep the filter cavity clean to avoid Influencing the use effect due to Impurities entering.
b. When doing water pressure test for strength for the filter, please first close the air Intake valve. After the test Is finished, use 0.6MPA air pressure to carry out air tightness test of the filter, differential pressure gauge and pressure pipe. After the pressure is stable, slowly open the two air Intake valves, so as to avoid damaging the differential pressure gauge due to too high pressure at one side.
c. According to the service condition at the site, it is recommended to discharge the sewage and clean the filter regularly.
d. KMO fluid remind When the differential pressure gauge indicates that the differential pressure of the inlet and outlet reaches 0.*3MPA (or specified by the user), it is recommended to clean the filter element. Shut off the inlet and outlet valves of the filter, make sure that there is no pressure and medium In the cavity, and take out the dismountable filter element. Use a brush to gently remove the impurities and assemble it after it is thoroughly cleaned, If the cleanliness of the filter element after cleaning still cannot meet the service condition, it is recommended to replace it with a new one.
e. Each time after the cleaning is finished, it is necessary to test it again to ensure the sealing performance of the product. In addition, nitrogen will be used to replace the air in the filter.
f. Before connecting with the air supply, first close the air intake valve. After the pressure is stable, slowly open the two air intake valves, so as to avoid damaging the differential pressure gauge due to too high pressure at one side.
