Description

Green robusta offee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. These coffee beans contain a higher amount of the chemical chlorogenic acid. This chemical is thought to have health benefits. For weight loss, chlorogenic acid in green coffee is thought to affect how the body handles blood sugar and metabolism.

 

HOW TO PREPARE:

  • Wash ****0grams or 2tbsps Green Coffee Beans
  • Soak in 1 cup of water overnight
  • After soaking, grind the beans using the blender (without any water). But, if you don't have one, you can just simply soak the beans into the water.
  • Boil it in **3cups of water
  • Let it boil for ****5minutes
  • Drink 1 cup twice a day *0 minutes before every meal
  • You can add honey or lemon for a better taste
  • The remaining coffee can be stored for **3days only
  • Store the coffee beans under room temperature only.

Robusta coffee bean has 2.7% caffein content and almost double the 1.5% of Arabica. Unlike Arabica, which require cool subtropical climate, lots of moisture, rich soil and sun, Rubusta is easier to tend to on the farm and produce higher yeild and less sensitive to insects.

In addition, Robusta is often considered not as delicious and aromatic as Arabica.

2. Manufacturing process

The coffe trees are grown in **3 years to produce fruits for Robusta and **5 years for Arabica.
