1,Technical requirements

WIres must be high carbon negative,usually required to meet:

Carbon content:0.7%,sulfur,phosphorus content should not be greater than 0.*3%

steel wire surface must be galvanized to ensure that it does not rust or corrosion

2,Performance index

elastic modulus of steel wire :*****0MPA min

0.*1 modulus of elastic is greater than or equal to 0.*5%

weight of zinc coating steel wire should be greater than *0g/m2

coating thickness 0.***0.*5mm

zinc coating on galvanized steel wire.The wire with a uniform velocity in the steel wire is 3 times the normal diameter  of the mandrel tightly wound 6 laps ,zinc layer should not crack,nor should it be able to erase the extent of the bare fingers

3,The steel wire surface after treatment to ensure that it does not rust,and should be uniform and no defect free of impurities.No oil ,smooth and clean steel wire surface .whole plate steel wire is not allowed to have joint,steel wire coating layer is continuous,uniform and smooth
