The machine is mainly used together with single mould and combination mould of aluminum alloy door and window series to finish the punching processing of all the holes and notches of various corresponding common profile and insulation profile. Four guide-pillars are used for guidance. It is characterized by stable blanking, high speed and efficiency, pollution-free and high precession and possesses the function of automatic scrap discharge. It is quick, convenient, safe and reliable to replace the mould.
 
Two-column Hydraulic punching machine is the latest product developed and manufactured by our company with many years practice by accepting the suggestions and demand of customers. The shaking, material blocking, and breaking caused by imbalanced blanking position and uneven stress of the similar machine can be rid off thoroughly through the driving balancing shaft of hydraulic pressure oil cylinder to synchronize two pull pillars with mechanical control. Meanwhile, there are larger space for matching mould and larger punching force compared with the machines with the same size.
