According difference sugar content in dough, there are 2 kinds of
yeast: low sugar yeast and high sugar yeast. Low sugar yeast used
for making salty bread or non-sweety bread, sugar content in dough
below than 7%; high sugar yeast used for making sweety bread, sugar
