Padding Process，single-dip-single-nip padding，final setting/shape fixing finished products。

Note: This process is for reference only.Atest should be done before production for confirmation and stir well before use. 

N. B.

1. The effect of flame retardant finishing can be improved by removing the impurities on the surface of the fabric before finishing and preventing the existence of other auxiliaries.

2. The amount of flame retardant is less for heavy fabric and more for thin fabric.

3. Too short timeor curing temperature is too low, it will directly affect the flame retardancy and washing resistance.

HANDLING / STORAGE& TRANSPORT    

It is not expected that this product will give rise to any handling & storage difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.

Storage:  Store in dry and ventilation place at 5°C - 25°C. The lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.

Shelf life: 6   months (packed in originally sealed barrel, from delivery date. Seal the barrel immediately after sampling or using.

Packing: Plastic barrel at50kg/ barrel.
