Description

Coconut flour is a natural alternative to other types of flour, rich in dietary fibre and protein. In fact, it has the highest content of dietary fibre compared to any other type of flour. Also, it is a leader amongst other flours in its protein content.

The general uses would include cooking, baking (pancakes, cookies, bread, and etc.), thickening sauces, gravies, and it can even be added to smoothies. Our organic coconut flakes are made from fruits matured in the tree for more than *2 months. Once plucked, coconuts are aged for another month until the husks turn dark, the water inside the kernel is dried, and minerals are absorbed by the meat. 


We then de-husk the coconuts and crack the shells to remove the mineral rich, aged meat.
