TO END BUYER ONLY - Copper Cathode CIF with MT**0 DLC 

Before you reading, note please : 

*- We are not a chain of brokers. we work directly with the seller. 
*- The seller will provide past after spa signed. 
*- buyer will deal direct with seller after sending his official request (LOI/ICPO) 
*- dont waste your time if the price and procedure dont accepted.

Origin: DRC (the seller will provide the buyer with the country of origin documentation for each shipment of copper cathodes delivered by the seller to the buyer). 

Quantity: TRIAL: **0 MT / contract: Minimum 2,**0 Mt (± 5%) of copper cathodes. 

Price: Less five percent (5%) per tonne CIF. 

PERFORMANCE BONUS: Seller will issue a two percent (2%) performance bond upon receipt of Buyer\'s irrevocable DLC MT**0. 

Payment: by MT**0 DLC - The non-operational LC will be operational by 2% PB. 

PROCEDURES: 

*- The seller sends the draft of the SPA to the buyer. 
*- The seller accepts or modifies the draft SPA and returns it to the buyer. 
*- The seller issues a pro forma invoice and a POP. 
*- The buyer issues non-operational DLCs (the *0 largest banks) which must be activated at 2% with the seller\'s commercial bank within three (3) days of the signing of the contract by both parties, 
*- The seller will deliver copper cathodes from the DRC to Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. 
*- The buyer will supervise the inspection and loading. 
*- After satisfactory inspection, the copper cathode will be loaded and shipped to the port of destination of the buyer. 
*- The copper cathodes are delivered to the port of destination and after re-inspection by SGS or equivalent at the port of destination, the final payment will be made by T / T or MT**3 within *0 (ten) working days.
