MAIN CHARACTERISTICS  

Glofa Bellow Sealed Globe Valve form one metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere by means of automatic seam welding, which ensure zero leakage of the valve stem. Bellow Sealed Globe Valve are designed of bellows structure in the internals, the stainless steel bellows is welded to the stem at the bottom to prevent the fluid from eroding the valve stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the valve cover forming a static seal. With double seal design, the stem packing could still seal the valve if the bellows are unworkable. Bellows are welded to the valve stem, not only maintaining stable working, also avoiding valve stem vibration due to valve disc vibration. The bellow sealed valve are particularly suitable for working in pipelines with medium of steam, flammable, explosive, thermal oil, high purity, toxic.

The sealing surface are overlay of Co-based hard alloy, which make the valve of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-friction and with long service life, the STL welded seat could withstand high temperature not more than **5 Deg C and enable the valve meeting zero leakage of air tightness. The stem surface are carried out nitriding treatment, which get good corrosion resistance and anti-friction performance. The bellows seal valve is sturdy and durable, could be maintenance-free and decrease the maintenance cost greatly. The valve stem may be fitted with position indicator upon request.
