- FFA: 0.3% (max)
- Fat Content: *2% - *6%
- SO2: **0 ppm (max)
- Colour: natural white, free from yellow specks or other
discolorations.
- Flavour: milk and sweet with no off-flavour.
- Free from bacteria: Salmonella, E. coli, and other foreign
matters
2) Desiccated coconut - Low
fat:
- Moisture: 3% (max)
- FFA: 0.5% (max)
- Fat Content: *0% (min)
- SO2: **0 ppm (max)
- Colour: natural white, free from yellow specks or other
discolorations.
- Flavour: milk and sweet with no off-flavour.
- Free from bacteria: Salmonella, E. coli, and other foreign
matters
