Description

Anodized aluminum alloy profile means electrolysis of extruded aluminum alloy (used as anode) in corresponding electrolyte (e.g. sulfuric acid, chromic acid and oxalic acid) under certain conditions and the action of impressed current. Anodized aluminum or its alloy surfacely has thin aluminum coating with a thickness of 5 - *0 microns, and the thickness of hard anodic oxide film may be up to *5 - **0 microns. Anodized aluminum or its alloy can improve the hardness and wear resistance (**0 -**0kg/mm2) and good heat resistance. The hard anodic oxide film has a melting point of ***0K and good insulation with puncture-withstand voltage of ***0V, and enhances corrosion resistance so as to ensure no corrosion  in ω=0.*3NaCl salt fog within thousands of hours.
