We have access to the western part of Nigeria, one of the largest areas where shear nuts are grown, therefore we are able to supply both shear nuts and shear butter in larger volumes.
We have visited the town and have successfully employed some of the women who are making hand crafted shear butter, the way it has always been made for centuries.
Our finished Shear butter is off-white or ivory-colored fat extracted from the nut of the African shear tree. It is widely used in cosmetics as a moisturizer, salve and lotion.
