THE COMMODITY:    

The product being offered for sale is South African Chrome Metallurgical Grade Concentrate *4% - *2.5% minimum. Should it be lower it will be treated as a *2% - *0% rejection.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:    
  Chromite Ore assaying as follows: 

       
Material shall not contain or have adhered to it any foreign matter such as foreign liquids, oil, plastics, any other foreign or deleterious materials or dust, toxic, or otherwise, not specified herein and shall be non-radioactive. 

  Moisture:
Total Moisture content as on received basis: 5% max.

QUANTITY OFFERED FOR SALE:    

The quantity for sale is *0,**0 (ten thousand) metric tonnes (MT) per month as follows: Weekly shipments of 2,**0 (two thousand five hundred) MT, the first delivery being done as a trial run within 7 (seven) working days following the day of acceptance hereof;

After the first weeks quantity has been successfully delivered and the Buyer is satisfied, the Seller will continue to produce the remaining 7,**0 MT by weekly delivery in partial quantities of 2,**0 MT per week over the following 3 (three) weeks to completion; and
