Nigeria is one of the biggest producers of Ginger. The season normally starts in November and lasts till March. Best quality of Ginger is procured from farmers and brought to our warehouses/ processing centers. There, the material procured is stored in ideal conditions; thereafter Washing, Cutting, Drying, Cleaning, Sorting and Packaging processes are undertaken for Exports. All care is taken towards ensuring stringent controls for maintaining quality at all stages from Procurement to Exports. The New seasons has already started from November onwards.
