1. Buyer confirms Soft Offer and acceptance of the Sellers procedures, issues and ICPO with Sellers procedures incorporated on the ICPO and buyer company profiles.
2. Seller issues Draft Contract and NCNDA/IMPFA sends to the Buyer, Buyer returns the Draft Contract duly signed and sealed with the copy of his BCL.
3. Seller sends to Buyer Partial proof of product (PPOP), through courier service. The Partial POP Document to be sent includes;

A. Certificate of Origin of the product.
B. Company registration
C. Statement of Product Availability
