Four Major Aluminum Template Systems
Template System:
To constitute the closed surface desired for concrete structure construction and ensure the forming of construction structure in concrete pouring.
Accessory System:
To connect single pieces of templates into a whole system, as connecting template member.
Support System:
To play a supporting role in the process of concrete structure construction and ensure floors, beam bottoms and cantilevered structures to be held steadily.

Wall Board:Main component of wall board column surface, consisting of standard and non-standard boards
Inner Bend:Main component connecting boards at wall corners
Wall End Plate (WEP):Component at wall end, which is required to align with the floor slab in installation
Pillar Head (PH):Material used to connect beam plates in floor slab installation, as a beam that constructs the floor slab
End Beam (EB):Material used to connect boards, mainly installed at each end positions of floor slab
Beam Plate:Joining plate between wall surface and wall surface end plate cover
Beam Soffit (BSL)
Joining component between wall board and floor slab
Intermediate Beam:Material for board connection, to be installed between two neighboring floor slabs
Slab Connector (SC):Joining material between wall board and floor slab
Slab Outer Bend (SO) :Outer joining component between wall board and top plate
Bottom Corner Plate:Connecting wall boards for removal convenient, to be fixed with nuts at the bottom of plate in installation
Connecting Strip:Auxiliary material used for installation of MB and EB with support head
Slab Inner Bend (SI):Inner joining component between wall board and top plate
Crown Stay:Support to hold the weight of floor slab in the process of concrete pouring and casting
Round Pin and Wedge Pin:To connect wall board and surface plate
Buckle:For horizontal fixing at corrugated joints
Flat Steel Bar:Consumable used to maintain certain space (wall thickness) between surface plates
Bushing:Made of PVC, used when flat steel bar protectors are required on the wall board or the back of wall board. It plays the role of protection by putting flat steel bar into the bushing
Wall Bolt:Accessory used to fix internal and external wall boards and prevent wall boards from deformation
Square Tube Hook:Alternate material used to fix horizontal bending parts when many surface plates are required to install on the wall
