The sun dried tomatoes must be produced by sound, whole, ripe and red tomatoes. The tomato resources are washed in microbiolodically controlled water. Before packing, the tomatoes are classified, cut to halves, treated with sulphur and sun dried. Our sun dried tomatoes keep the characteristic of fresh tomatoes in flaver and color.
