    CW-I molten steel wireless thermodetector is the new-generation wireless temperature measurement system newly developed by our company, which is the upgraded product of conventional thermodetector, without connection between the lance and instrument. Data such as temperature measured by the lance will be transmitted to the instrument by radio, and will be shown on the display screen after the instrument receives the signal; then data will be transmitted to computer platform in the computerized control room or large display screen through RS**5, BCD code or ***0mA. In a word, it is the ideal product to replace the wired temperature measurement system.

 

1. With wireless transmission of measured data, without connection between the lance and displayer, without consumption of compensating wires, so it can reduce costs.

2. Fast and convenient, it avoids affecting the rhythm of production due to winding of compensating wires, and avoids temperature disturbance due to damage of compensating wires.

 3. It can set *6 mailing addresses from *-F. It can realize wireless data transmission if the lance and displayer have the same mailing address.

4. With delayed automatic sleep when measurement is successful, and with wake-up function when lifting the lance and vibrating, thus it can save electric quantity of the battery.
