We are proud to offer you the very best cutting and packaging available. Unlike many​ processors, we are federally inspected by the U.S.D.A. daily to insure cleanliness and safety. This inspection allows you to sell your meat after slaughter or in individual cuts. After slaughter, your animal will be dry aged in our state of the art holding cooler.  â€‹We provide you with our own custom cut sheets to help ensure that we are able to cut and package your meat to your exact specifications. â€‹â€‹Our experienced butchers will guide you through the process of making the best out of your animal, including advice on the length of time your animal should be dry aged! Please use the following guides below as a starting point. Remember, the guide is just the beginning*-work with us to narrow it down to exactly what you would like.
