There are two main production methods on the market at
present.
1, Make EPS helmet and plastic shell, then adhere it with PU or
other glue.
2, Make soft plastic shell, put plastic into the mould, fill in
plastic granules and heating to shape. Thus the plastic will will
be better sticking to EPS, which will made the helmet more
solid.
The shock absorption properties of EPP & EPS make it perfect
for bicycle and motorcycle helmets. It's your best choice to
protect your head when you are competing in the sports cycling
