our hydrated lime production line makes dry powder hydrated lime directly from quick lime. dryer is not needed.

our lime slaker is not a single machine, it is a production line. the process is like this: 1. to crush the quick lime into 5mm size, 2. then lift quick lime into raw material silo. 3. feed them into first slaker. 4. to be slaked continously in the second slaker. 5. bag filter is mounted on second slaker. 6. powder seperater seperate powder and slags. 7. powder is collected by powder collecter. 8. powder is lifted into product silo.
