PROCEDURES:
 
For Payment of Products/Goods
1.    Buyer issues Corporate Profile.
Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) & Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Buyer signs and returns CI back to
Seller. Buyerissues Q88 or TSA + TSR + ATV + ATI on clean, injectable tanks in Rotterdam
2.    Seller issues PPOP (including Refinery Q&Q + PIR) documents.
3.    Seller delivers D6 Fuel into Buyers tanks within 48 hours
4.    Seller issues DTA to the Buyer. Buyer engages SGS to do Q&Q.
5.    Seller will issue Final CI to the Buyer. Buyer pays by MT103/TT and title is transferred to the Buyer.
6.    Intermediaries are paid immediately as per NCNDA/IMFPA
7.    Buyer issues Transferable SBLC/MT760 or IRDLC for two weeks cargo value.
8.    Seller issue 2% Performance Bond
9.    Contract commences. Buyer and Seller enter into long term contract for weekly lifts
