meat products at the same time. It is an ideal machine for food factories, restaurants,

The unit is powered by electricity, detachable structure. Both exterior and interior are
made from stainless steel. Detachable roasting rack rotated on top of bearing facilitates
transportation. A powerful air blaster cycles heated air, drastically increases efficiency of
heat exchanging, therefore minimizes heating time, which results in energy efficiency in
the end. Roasting cart is employed for process, the result is food being roasted is evenly
heated; Humidifier and flow regulator are employed at the outlet of hot air just to make
sure that food acquires better flavor and temperature. This feature is important for
products like egg pie, which usually has critical requirements to the color it is made to in
the end.
