34CrNiMo6 is a kind of low carbon high strength alloy steel, it has great and integrated mechanical performance, and it is widely applied in manufacture of cam shaft, axles and rods of the automobile engine, as well as other heavy spare parts.
Chemical composition %: C: 0.34;  Si: 0.25~0.30;  Mn: 0.5;  Mo: 0.2;  Cr: 1.5;  Ni: 1.55;
Mechanical features: Hardness: 36~40HRC; Tensile strength σb: 1100MPa; Elongation rate δ: 12%; Impact toughness ακ: 8Kg/CM2;
Heat treatment method: Oil quenched at 850C, tempered at 580C
