Cold saw
Formed pipe is sent to fly saw continually by the milling line, and the saw tracks the pipe feeding speed, when it reaches fixed length, the pipe is clamped, the two discs with cutting system on the rotating tray rotate and move alone the pipe diameter under the drive of servo motor. At the same time, the tray rotates; milling discs move with the tray and rotate themselves, track the pipe profile and cut it. Then reset and wait for next circle. The tray can rotate for **0°, that helps increasing the service life of the discs. The diameter movement adopts relative coordinate, one gyro-axle, and two diameter moving shafts.
