Coffee is **0% Fully Washed Arabic SHB Single origin from Tarraz,
Costa Rica (varieties Caturra, Catua), accompanied by
international certificates like Carbon Clear (first coffee in the
world to get it) and Rainforest Alliance. It is collected,
processed, roasted and packed (one way valve bags) in the same
place, keeping intact the freshness of the original taste.
The olfactory
impact is immediate, tasty and unique. The extract dense and
creamy, aromatic finish strong and structured, shows strong
traditional citrus fragance, enriched by the presence of flowers
and residues of toasted almonds, on the basis of strong spicy
chocolate.
