1. Instructions for Use

1. Dilution Proportion: Adhesive: diluents = 1: 1~1.5;
2. It is required to adopt industrial alcohol as the solvent, but the water content in the solvent shall not exceed 1%, otherwise the transparency and peeling strength of the Lamination Product will be affected.
3. For dilution, the solvent shall be added to the main agent and fully and uniformly stirred.
4. Coating: The Product is suitable for coatingwith smooth roll and Anilox roll.
5. Coating weight: According to the different materials used and usage requirements, the dry adhesive coating weight may be controlled within 1~4 g/㎡.
6. Drying: After the thin film is coated with the adhesive, the dying tunnel must be of sufficient air quantity, air speed and temperature. The temperature of the first section in the drying tunnel shall be controlled within *0℃~*0℃. The temperature of the last section shall be controlled within *5℃~*5℃.
7. Lamination Pressure and Temperature: Without damagingfilms, the pressure and the hot rolling temperature shall be raised as far as possible.
